Pros

Global company, exposure to different teams, collaborative among peers, overtime qualified

Cons

Turnover is very high among analyst in the Retirement & Investment practice, analyst get burnt with work/overtime. Culture is not very rich. Only after 10 out of 20 analysts left did I see changes implemented, like perks (uber/lyft/food reimbursement for those working past 8pm).

Pros

Great managers and team members, collaborative environment where you are able to treat your book as your small business without undue micromanagement.

Cons

Pay raises are a joke, over abundance of emails and corporate talk.
