-Being able to work with bright minds -Not everyone was difficult to work with -Offered some innovative solutions

Cons

-No work/life balance -Not appreciated or valued -For a big company, they are very dysfunctional -If you want to age quickly and have health problems, this place may be a fit -Lacked strong leaders that were empowering -Bad behaviors were ignored for certain colleagues -Performance reviews were meaningless and not properly aligned with pay (lack giving raises / or VERY minimal (ask for a substantial starting salary) -The annual bonus well, it's like picking a number from a hat (very variable from year to year, with no reasoning)

Flexible working and after cutting pay 20% during the covid 19 pandemic, Aon reverted employees' pay back to what it was before they cut it

Cons

You will get a real pay cut each year No pay rise on promotion...I know... New hires always paid more that loyal employees Obsession with time sheets A whole list of reasons / excuses to dock bonuses, example being late weekly time-sheet submission One of the UKs worst pension contributions (6.5%)

Decent pay with some good benefits.

Cons

Sink or Swim.. Micromanagement from leadership team is uncanny.. meetings every couple hours to go over the same numbers that were just talked about 2 hours earlier... managers are only looking to cover themselves for their meetings with the higher ups- they don’t have time to help.
