Pros

Flexible ability to work from home

Cons

Nightmare in all other ways, constant change that isn't healthy for the environment. HR Leadership doesn't practice what they preach, no engaging conversations, and they don't care if your house is on fire or you are too.

Pros

When you have a great manager, it makes a world of a difference. Some of the managers really do care about their employees. Unfortunately, that can't be said for the others. Some managers believe you have to be there a certain number of years or be a certain age to become an AD.

Cons

Salary is a on the low side. If you're young and show great potential, you'll get more accounts and you'll be overworked. You'll also have the lowest salary.

Pros

Coworkers are nice for the most part.

Cons

Overworked and expected to take laptops home every day without overtime pay. Excel loving but anti other software that isn't from Microsoft.
