High turnover due to tedious work but that's more an accounting thing.

Very smart individuals. All willing to help and teach you. Team oriented. Work hard play hard.

Cons

Some associates are really busy throughout the entire year, while other associates are not busy at all. Difficult to not compare yourself with others when you're consistently working more hours than your peers yet still get paid the same?

Pros

The divers work. You will get to learning so much. People around you will really help. They will be your only resources not the manager.

Cons

Hours in Busy season. You don’t get days off that easy you have to get many approvals before. The semiannual reviews don’t really reflect the 6 month worth of work. Some partners take issue too personally therefore it loses the element of professionalism. Do not work on the international clients.. too messy.
