All messages are scrutinized by several compliance and legal groups and usually rejected for very small reasons. -The company structure is extremely hierarchical - If you play the game, suck up to your boss and speak up even if you have nothing valuable to add, you'll move up the ranks quickly -Quality of work has little to do with how you're evaluated. Your direct manager is usually not in the meetings that determine promotions and raises, therefore you're judged on how much others know about what you do (at a company of thousands of people...) -Too many cooks in the kitchen on every project destroy the original vision for most products -Pay is low compared to the competition - which leads to all of the good people jumping ship
