      Pros

      Forward thinking company with highly talented employees. Opportunities for all types of EE, I was full time, part time, and a Contractor at various times during my tenure.

      Cons

      It is a large matrix organization that is difficult for some people to manage. Most success is at the Manager level and it is difficult to be promoted based on the many talented employees.
