Pros

Flexible schedules, great development opportunities

Cons

Internal candidates seeking promotions will be offered a salary significantly lower than ones made to external candidates. It is more profitable to leave the company and post externally.

Pros

great benefits, employees are nice to work with and care about their clients.

Cons

I feel micromanaged with constant evaluations of job from outside source. It almost makes you feel paranoid about doing something wrong. Pay is on the lower scale for the work done.

Pros

Timely payout Good Infrastructure No pros apart from above. U will be highly disappointed considering the brand name and will wonder why why why why its is a brand name??????

Cons

If ur a technical personal never join this company. It's an old company, where your manager will tell you to Build networking in the company rather than doing good work. They still follow the Yes boss culture. There is so much politics around that a person doing work will not be able to stay for a long period. As soon as u join one needs to struggle to even got a laptop and basic logistics. In the interview they asked me the toughest interview questions, but on joining I was disappointed to see that no body has even implemented those things in the entire company, rather every technical person is doing vendor management out there. U will realize that the brand name is just a showcase and u will regret why did u join this company. Vendors will visit onsite but the permanent employee will never go. On top of it, if ur not good in politics u will not be able to survive for long. It's an old company which runs in old fashion, your manager will tell you to Build networking in the meeting, rather than focusing on work. They show themselves as they are one of the big companies, but as soon as u join u will feel that life here is pretty slow and in my view even a start up would have better processes. Join this company only if u want to ruin ur technical skills and u like Yes Boss culture. I would never recommend this company to a technical person. So much politics is there in the technology department.
