Free food in office, good benefits, hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri at home, Tue-Thur in office)

Cons

Bad leadership, typical corporate politics, goals are high and almost impossible to hit so commissions are so low in result, and turnover rate is high

Working from home, benefits, perks and overtime

Cons

Metrics are created for failure, PIPs are designed to shorten employment within the company. No work balance, not enough support, and lack of training. Either you force yourself to learn off the clock and finish work due to no time between calls.

Pros

High salary, good benefits and compensation

Cons

Make a few mistakes during training = Punished for Years. Can't climb up the corporate ladder because of favouritism regardless of how well you perform. Management is truly horrible, they are extremely robotic and pretend to be friendly at first. No inclusivity. Barely any diversity. Speaking poorly of your fellow colleagues to management is practiced here too. Decision making at managerial level is too slow. No HR in Malaysia, very difficult to communicate when there's no breaks in the schedule. Constant sudden coachings and micro-managing make its difficult to focus. You are not just doing customer service, you are required to sell, upsell and cross-sell products on each and every call without regard to customer's feelings. Customer service metrics are core metrics but they focus on Sales metrics more and sales are truly appreciated versus customer service metrics.
