The second is the people at amazon, there is a culture of helping people develop their hard and soft skills, in a fun and dynamic mood, and of tackling challenges with team work.
Cons
There is a lot to do at amazon, and the challenge is to prioritize not to get overwhelmed with targets, and to do lists as it can get out of hands.
