Great work environment for introverts, great independence and leadership opportunities, great benefits (health insurance, 401k plan, stocks, employee assistance, discounts, etc)

Cons

Lot of physical labor, long hours, mandatory overtime, restrictive on time off task

- pay, but not worth it if you look at it overall - benefits (?)

Cons

- LONG hours, min is 10 1/2 hours because lunch isn't included in the 10 hour advertised shift. If you are doing overtime expect 11 1/2 - Unattainable productivity rates - You are only a number - Everyone hates their job, pokerfaces everywhere - Every minute is watched, constantly having to scan in
