Pros

You're paid on average $400 a week (12/hr). The work is individual based so you're pretty much independent. Over time is always available and it's hardly ever mandatory. It's so easy to get hired.

Cons

They're a lot of lazy people . It's so easy to get written up or fired. ....in the stowing position you're like the last line of defense , so if the people before you did not properly do their job it could cost you yours. They tell you all you're doing is making space for packages but fail to go into detail about the thousands of ways you can be terminated. There's no time to use the restroom or take a break.

Pros

Easy to get hired either directly through Amazon, or faster through a staffing agency, good benefits and ample water all around the facility, hundreds of people around at any given time, warehouses are very

Cons

the software is outdated so mistakes are rolled onto the backs of the employees, making a simple job a little more complicated, and less secure. Management is picked from preferred colleges, all college and university degrees are not respected in consideration, also advancement from within is more complicated than it should be.
