      Pros

      The best part about working at AlphaSights is the culture. It is a young company and all of the employees are motivated, hard working, entrepreneurial and fun at the same time. It is a steep learning curve and you gain a lot of responsibility very quickly.

      Cons

      The hours can be long but you are working with a great group of people so the days still fly by.

      Pros

      Everyone is nice, professional, and passionate about the work they are doing. Fast-paced environment that provides plenty of opportunity to learn about various business models and industries. Everyone at the company is very team oriented and concerned with their own, and their colleagues, professional development. There are many opportunities to network within the company, as well as with the external professionals.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours during the busy times of the year, but otherwise no real cons that concern me.

      - Always busy with many distinctive and interesting projects to work on. - Multi-industry exposure very early on and great networking opportunity. - Work atmosphere (Hard working people with great sense of humour and friendship). - The office is very central in London

      Cons

      -Company is growing very quickly so many aspects of the business are not clearly established yet, with an emphasis on the word yet. -Limited hard skills to develop but excellent job to develop your soft skills.
