RE no work life balance: We are not the average 9-5 business - like many professional services roles this is a high performance environment, and we are working in client services. We recognise that this role is not for everyone.
RE inexperienced managers: We offer people the chance to manage a team within two years; this requires jumping in at the deep end and learning on the job.
