Pros
The office culture is genuinely amazing - everyone is super friendly, supportive, and fun to be around, which makes a big difference day to day. You also get incredible exposure very early on, speaking with senior experts from all kinds of industries and leading projects and people within your first year, it’s experience you probably wouldn’t get anywhere else. On top of that, the pay is competitive and reflects the effort you put in (you can make alot of money especially if you hit your targets which is manageable). I also think it opens a lot of commercial roles (sector agnostic), everyone I have seen exit has done well after the time they spent at AS.
Cons
It’s a fast-paced and target-driven environment. I personally enjoyed that aspect, but if you’re not comfortable in a sales-oriented setting, it might not be the right fit.
