Alphasights has been a catapult to my career right out of university - within 5 years of graduation, I have single handedly managed multi million dollars books of businesses, led teams, managed people, made data driven decisions, worked on recruitment and still am learning something new everyday. It is a unique environment where you are working with young driven individuals who barely have any professional experience but are all working towards high achieving goals every single day. You are challenged and pushed to your limits which truly brings out the best in you. If you are a graduate who does not really know which industry or role you want to start your career in, this is the perfect place as the number of skills you gain here on a day to day is amazing. The company is also extremely fair with its compensation and bonus structures where if you want, you can make a lot of $$$$ within 2-3 years.
