Pros
Allianz a nice registered mark, and a company with a high insurance capacity, but in France rather a follower or capacity provider (it could be different in some other countries, especially in Germany). In France, a really bad management, a high employees turnover with people dismissed, so a lost of knowledge and a bad working atmosphere.
Cons
A really important time is dedicated to employees training, an a Company own "university" has been created. When a new IT system is implemented, training is provided to every employees who will have to use it. Training is also provided to new people in the Company.
