Pros

- International overview of the market as the company is implemented in more than 40 countries - Focusing on Digitalisation of Services - Have Digital Agency to make the services of tomorrow - Capacity to train and reinforce empowerment

Cons

- Governance difficulties between the group and the countries and between different departments - Difficulty to increase the capacity to launch new services even if the company clearly tries to make it

Good benefits, including profit sharing and long Holidays entitlement, international environment, very professional and committed staff. There are still some international opportunities (less than before though)

Cons

Severe cost cutting policy, meaning less projects, continuing staff reduction, leading to significantly less career opportunities. Decisions very much centralized at corporate level.

When the manager is foreign, then it's good. Great opportunities in the group, valuable experience earned. Multinational environment...

Cons

With local management there too much office politics. Commercial department is also the worst to work, avoid that as much as possible.
