Great place to work. Fast pace. Great development opportunities for people willing to learn. Great flexibility shown by management and human resources. Good benefits package.

nice cafeteria and walking paths

Cons

Inadequate training; new hires are placed on phones with none/little knowledge Call center mgmt is too "busy" to be bothered with questions from associates New hires are immediately expected to perform as well as seasoned associates Sweatshop mentality...very rigid schedule that must be adhered to No pats on the back for a job well done; only focus is on improvement
