      Best management practices adopted You get a feel of the management striving to demonstrate that its a 'Great place to work' literally

      Cons

      Stuck by legacy - lightyears behind technology - still using system named Coronet which reminds us of Terminator 1 and all the movies from 70's. Its like playing pacman in your antique video game when you know the rest of the world has progressed into PS and Xbox If your unlucky your manager could be a recent joiner from a company with no professional standards and that could ruin your career here Poor pay master
