      Pros

      Calm little stress environment, slow pace, lots of free time (this is the only reason you might want to be there)

      Cons

      Very young , immature management, does not respect seniority and experience outside company, legacy and mess in structure, old technologies however they start introducing new tools, no opportunities to grow, no recognition. No senior management.
