      Pros

      CEO and senior management are very approachable. Lots of learning facilities, including French.

      Cons

      Silos. I was laid off because one group had no work in Canada, but another person was hired the previous week with my profile. Oracle group is totally US focussed. Limited to no work in Canada. No opportunity to cross groups. A bit of covert racism, especially if you don't speak French.
