      With the fast growth, it seems difficult for Leadership to prioritize relationships with employees, compounded with full time remote work, it can be easy for people to feel undervalued and undesired.

      Pros

      Paycheck, good for inexperienced , because your boss is even know much less than you. Good location.

      Cons

      1. Immature director with poor business vision, some of them are MBA only even without IT backgrounds nor industry experiences, however they make final decisions they declare they are industry guru! 2. Consultant ? how many have real and sound experiences? All juniors. 3. Many people have a big and shining Titles,.. but they actually know nothing, as long as your directors think you are qualified, then you got the title. 4. The last, politics is everywhere. Result of it, Good talents left.
