      - The job is fully remote with access to the office on some occasions - Lot of trainings - Lot of support from managers - Lot of support from peers.

      Cons

      - Bureaucracy and hierarchy are sometimes complex. ( which is normal in big organization )

      Culture is good Benefits are decent Flexibility to work variety of projects

      Cons

      Salary not too great and difficult to negotiate. No clear titles, one may be a Lead for the client but titles are not matches to actual role. Can be stuck with jr. Consultant or Associate title for long time.
