      They will hire a lot of people without any goal so you can try and most of the time get an offer.

      Cons

      They think about the money and not the people: They fire you even if at the begining they say dont worry you ll be on the bench. The first day the client stop the project, you are dead to them. Sales are not able to get new clients, you dont have the choice. They are just buying other companies and they grow like that. Racist in hr people, you can hear sentences like "this candidate is from this country so no". They pay badly if you are immigrant (they opened a Marocco office, not really to develop an activity there...). Management? Just trying to reach the next step, not here for you.
