      Pros

      friendly, open management and teamates. Overall good very experience with the staff! good range of industrie (easy to try new stuff)

      Cons

      -not the most competitive salary. -lots of merge and acquisition over the years. So intern communication and departments management feel a bit clustered and jammed. Grew up too quickly imo.

      New corporate leadership has a strong vision for aligning the various business units to leverage the various strengths. A lot of work is needed in this area, but progress is starting to happen.

      Cons

      It can still feel disjointed at the ground level, sometimes it doesnt feel like we have the resources of a larger company at our disposal.
