      Decent salary and holidays (5 weeks) When in the right team, with the right manager, it can be a pretty good place to work

      Cons

      Higher management can be tone-deaf at times (re employees are humans too, not just "ressources" and are working hard)

      Cons

      Salary very difficult to go up. Can be stuck in similar role for long time. Depends on client projects and requirements more than your career. Not much focus on career advancement unless you are lucky or you fight for it.

      Work remote. A large amount of autonomy. Quality team members.

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea on how to manage and grow the company, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company has made rash decisions that affected several employees' positions. The company sells a commodity service with little differentiating features. The management team gives little to no feedback on performance. No support in developing new business. Investment and renewed emphasis on marketing has resulted in no new business.
