      Pros

      Most of the people at that time were extremely nice and supportive. I was hired to bring the business / functional viewpoint to the cost management organization.

      Cons

      Very tool driven, with little appreciation for a functional view to deliver projects that map business requirements to technical delivery. At the time I was laid off, the company was getting new management and that atmosphere was changing for the worse, based on the current score I would expect that is still the case.
