      Several initiatives to train employees in different know-hows.

      Cons

      A careless way to treat employees. Managers who take decisions that impact people without including them in the discussions or even without telling them that a change has been done!

      Culture is good Benefits are decent Flexibility to work variety of projects

      Cons

      Salary not too great and difficult to negotiate. No clear titles, one may be a Lead for the client but titles are not matches to actual role. Can be stuck with jr. Consultant or Associate title for long time.
