      Various project Okay salary if you begin in software development

      Management will move you to better paid project without hesitation Lack of direction from CEO to your managers No real benefits. They will give you 1% of their stock if you contribute 1% They are trying to implement annual bonus without success, but fails since company don't make profits. Your managers will change a lot which could slow down your growth Lots of fake promises and "potential" salary Growth. Their sales team that signs contracts often do unrealistic estimation for projects, putting pressure on project team.
