Pros

During my time at Alithya, I didn’t see anything positive. Maybe meeting a few nice people, but overall it was a bad company with bad teams.

Cons

This company may be a good fit if you work in IT, but if you are looking for an administrative role, it’s not a good choice. There is a high level of instability, strong micromanagement, and no real work-life balance. Approved vacation time is often not respected. If you are seeking a healthy work environment, this is not the place.
