HR department loves gossiping and spread rumours and not consider as professional behaviour . Too much pressure when they reduce manpower year over year while not considering the load-work to the staffs . Too many order and direction made without proper discussion among the bosses as we can expect can effect the sales and performance of team. When it comes to crucial part(sales-drop) they will push the management and the team beyond of their limits by not contributing to success. Judgmental and not healthy working environment to work
