Work culture Enough Manpower to carry on daily duties without too much stress. Work life balance. Some of the latest & leading software's used by the company for daily operation.

Cons

Intake at a very high salary but will get stuck with the same even after years of experience. Externally hired candidates tend to get better remuneration for the same role Corporate racism in disguise (Pay disparity clearly visible & open , Like most big companies in the region).
