      Great Industry to be into with great opportunities

      Pros

      Very diversified customer base allowing for interesting opportunities to learn new things all the time.

      Cons

      Salary. Slow decision making partly due to conservative nature of the company. Nevertheless, this is recognized and plans are in place to change this.

      Pros

      If you perform in a manner consistant with company guidlines, and occasionally go beyond, you will be rewarded.

      Cons

      There seems to be a shortage of man-power in certain areas. I would like to see a training program where new employees are fully trained before being placed in the work environment, versus on the job training.

      Pros

      Decent pay for geographical location, safe work environment, hour fo work are eight AM to five PM. Professional company with well inform work and safety procedures.

      Cons

      A very busy location and extremely fast paced work environment, with not enough employees and the reluctance of middle management to hire more employees.
