      + Long term business model, so quite stable + international activities + Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      + Business model is challenged by recent market changes since 2008. Future growth drivers are unclear. + Culture based on market leader's position. Too much used to "easy profits" from a "stable"(?) customer base. + Career management is random. Replacements can take up to 6 months even for senior management positions. Often, the organisation does not deliver on made promises, and asks you to wait. HR focus only on short term problems, and identified high potentials.

      great balance between professional and personal life, Air Liquide promotes an ethical way of doing business, based on respect of our comptetitors.

      Cons

      as a big company, inertia is way to heavy, resulting in a lack of innovation. Sometimes it seems that Air Liquide is too shy and do not put enough money on the table to acquire new technologies

      Pros

      interesting international projects if you are not good, no one is going to blame you few really good engineers in most of fields. I learnt a lot thanks to them. They hold the company alive.

      Cons

      less and less of mastering of the core business no possibility of evolution if you don't spend long hours to shine management shoes few really really awfull managers good salary at recruitment but almost no evolution with the years (like many big companies)
