      Pros

      The people. The people are the best part of Adobe. You will not find this high quality of co-workers at many other places. The benefits are also fantastic. The charitable match is far superior to other large tech companies. The education reimbursement is wonderful.

      Cons

      Things can sometimes move slow because this is a large company and has bureaucracy, but it isn't worse than other companies of this size and in fact is quite a bit better.

      Pros

      The money and stocks, barely competitive with the market and come with strings.

      Cons

      Abhorrent political environment, people are promoted only for kissing the right @$$ and not for actual work. High vis projects are also alloted in the same manner. If you can swallow bs on the daily this is a place for you, expect cutthroat people and environment. Management is out of touch with reality and live in a bubble. Raises are a joke compared to inflation and after 4 years they tend to cut your stocks package unless again.. you kissed the right bums. Honestly the job is not worth the stress, stocks vary like crazy and you can lose a lot of money since your pay is half stocks. I can't stress enough just how awful the people are.

      Only if they hire you as Full time employees you get good health and wellbeing benefits

      Cons

      The worst sales job I have done which is more like pushing products down customers’s throat. They don’t give you even time to do proper research but expect you to close numbers everyday by fooling customers.
