Pros

Car allowance and stocks, good strategy with the creativity but people work in silo, poor integration between BU. Kick off in Vegas make you so proud to work for such a nice brand

Cons

Very poor top management with a lot of micro-management, politics, useless people with too much (negative) influence on the sales organisation. Not a fun office (Paris). Some are just showing off, not polite, no smile ... is wrong with them? Many great people has left the company ( manager, sales, consultants) for those reasons but they dont’ care about it... they only care about them some of the chosen people ...

A good technology company, shifting recently to the Business side

Pros

Adobe is a great technology company to work with, and besides its size, it has not forgot what "technology" truly means. You can start a project on a well-known technology, or on a very recently released one, it doesn't matter, as long as you are able to show that your choice is the best one, and be able to explain it to others. You'll be able to find a lot of help on many subjects, and most of the time, people are receptive and eager to help.

Cons

There's some politics here and there, with the usual consequences. Sometimes, some decisions are made that are purely political one, from a someone high enough in the chain of command, so that "it cannot be discussed". Also, recently, Adobe has decided to shift more on the "business" side than on the "tech" side. It happened several times in its history, but most of the moves were technological moves that fit well in the business world (and the other way around). However, some very recent moves are done with solely the business in mind, and have a direct negative impact on the technology itself.
