      Pros

      Good work - life balance Low work pressure Plenty of formation and courses Lots of social events Awesome offices and lots of perks

      Cons

      Very slow pace at some times and lack of challenges Being a big company you need to know how to lead with bureaucracy and snobby veterans who will try to micromanage you.

      Pros

      If you are not a developer you'll have real work-life balance. Might be a good first workplace for juniors.

      Cons

      Salaries are kept extremely(!) low so they can hire juniors only. Passion, moral, processes and the quality is decreasing very badly in the last few years. There are no carrier opportunities, no real mentoring. The annual bonus depends on the Management's bad decisions mostly, so you don't have to worry about it, you probably won't get any, neither a significant salary increase over the years. All these things are nicely wrapped with free coke, beanbags and darts, but the time will come in every employee's life when these things are just won't be enough to solve real problems.
