      - Great tech challenges. - Culture of solving problems. - Working with smart people. - Competitive salaries. - Good perks; gym, fresh daily fruit, healthcare insurance, foosball, etc.

      Cons

      - The pros of the previous section don't apply to all areas. - One organisation per year, what generates some extra and boring meta-work. - Some legacy technology as an impediment to move faster.

      Pros

      Perks are good, they issue you with top end machines to do your work, offices are quite good.

      Cons

      Although their websites are some of the most visited, they are very established and change is very very slow. If you want a fast developing product, this is absolutely not your place.
