      - The people at Schibsted Marketplaces / Adevinta were smart, humble, and super professional - Good benefit packages - Diversity and inclusion are on top of the agenda for the management team and it is happening in practice, not only in fancy slides. - Great mobility and ex-pat possibilities if you want to see other parts of the company and develop your skills - Strong and inspiring leadership, bot top and middle - Strong financials and world-classs portfolio of brands/products - From top management down to the rest of the organization: Great work-life balance

      - As in many big corps, sometimes slow decision-making with many approvers - HR processes could be improved, but it became better each year during my total 8 years
