      Pros

      They do not fire people until give them several opportunities , even if they want to fire someone they will let them know so they leave first. I think that is a company always open for new ideas and innovation

      Cons

      In the day to day everything depends on the people of your team. None really cares about the healthy culture inside the teams . It is just propaganda .
