      Salary, benefits, flexibility, career development opportunities.

      Cons

      Low-performer colleagues with whom they practice ruinous empathy. That is not fair for the colleagues that we have to assume other's work.

      Acquired now. But great people. Great companies. You learn a lot, you are taken care of. Diverse and acceptance across all levels.

      Cons

      Growth is limited you are often in the same role with changing responsibilities. Change is always happening
