Pros

The level of autonomy that I enjoy at Adevinta is awesome and the work-life flexibility is a real thing here. It is probably the best company i have worked on until now

Cons

Changes on estructure at the upper levels seem frequent. Salary levels are good, although not as good as in the Big ones.

Adevinta is an amazing place to grow professionally and here I worked with a fantastic team of people. As a company with a global reach, there are tremendous opportunities for software engineers at all levels. Leadership puts a strong emphasis on feedback and communication.

Cons

Even if Adevinta is a global leader in its business, the company is less known compared with other tech brands.

Despite the pandemic, we keep connected and even my onboarding-from-home was a success
