      Pros

      -Opportunities to work on greenfield projects and an environment open to continuous improvement - Get to partner with many bright colleagues you can learn from - Good salary/benefits

      Cons

      -Huge workload and vastly underesourced teams due to reduced headcount resulting from the transformation -Leaders in PCW are unclear on their direction and priorities, and their siloed ways of working and competing priorities means there are often too many activities without a clear direction from leadership on what is most important -Lack of action taken to do something about underperforming leaders who are not displaying Adevinta behaviours and negatively impacting team performance and morale and even causing team members to leave the company

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Lacking global cohesion and structure. Committees are formed for even basic decision making, leading the long, inefficient processes. Leadership is very disconnected. Below market compensation.
