      Poor management structure

      Pros

      Immediate team were good to work with. Client are notoriously hard to please but were also very helpful even during the busiest times.

      Cons

      Management on both Account and sector were very poor. Reminded me of a 'clique' where you had to be friendly with them to have any chance of progression. It is such a shame as the rest of the team were brilliant.

      Pros

      Good career opportunities and the brands within Adecco are credible in their own rights. Great branch network and investment in technology.

      Cons

      Salaries offered are often no as competitive as they should be.

      Good work life balance, busy while at work, benefits are good, competitive pay. I really enjoy the culture here.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Perhaps the occasional angry call from a temp.
