      Pros

      We had some fresh fruit delivered every week. That was about it.

      Cons

      Archaic computers and systems (you'll feel like you time travelled back 30 years working at Abbott). Incompetent management. The office stinks of broken dreams. This is where you come to work and die. Plenty of idiots and attitudes. Management doesn't know what they're doing. Clinical is a dumpster fire. Integrating with St. Jude was a joke. St Jude's clinical contracts team took over and their management has no idea what they are doing.

      Pros

      Train program is good. The people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Pay is inconsistent across people doing the same role. Pressure to consistently do overtime. Senior managers are bias, if your face fits you will get promoted and get pay rises.

      Pay is good. Cafeteria is good.

      Cons

      Core IT is a disaster. The old, tired women leading the BTS are overwhelmed and under qualified. They outsourced large portions of the business and have never had experience in this type of environment. They yell a lot but give little direction. Layoffs all the time (more today). No job is safe and hours are long. It's a total mess. Ask any one of the hundreds they've erased in the last 12 months.
