Business Outlook
Pros
Great big company with resources, pay well and have great benefits. In general morale is good. Great location by the bay if you live in the east bay. I used to work for a startup organization, and I find the quality of work and enviornment much more stimulating here, with a much better work life balance.
Cons
communication between department, groups not great. Too much going on with lack of focus. Sometimes the managemnt strategy does not make sense. They recently had a management change, which may or may not affect which direction they go. The offices are not that great, but renovations are planned.
