It might be a good place to start a career. The company is financially healthy and rarely lay off employees.

Cons

It is not a good place for career advancement. Working enviroment for scientists is not good. There are a lot of idiot bosses.

Good benefits, though pay is low. Is a good resume builder if you want to continue to work in healthcare. Generally, people are good to work with.

Cons

Politics drive every decision, business or personnel. Don't really value the contributions of lower level employees, even high performing business personnel. Not very open to new ideas, only the way that it has been done, irrespective of its merit.
