Tone-deaf, poor leadership

Pros

Large company with a known name.

Cons

Leadership is forcing everyone back in the office for mandatory 5-day work week, no exceptions. Tone deaf and refuses to listen to employees needs - will claim that they're a "people first" company, but actions speak louder than words. Expects employees here everyday, meanwhile leadership comes in 1-3 days a week and then works remotely. Very do as I say, not as I do. Every process here is either non-existent or a complete cluster. It takes forever to get to a decision, extremely slow-moving, prioritizes gross margin and revenue over everything, so most projects to support current product lines can dismissed before they even begin, and anything with even a little risk is immediately deprioritized.

Pros

The product can be good

Cons

Several married couples on management team over the years (and currently) leads to bias. If the site leaders “like” you then you should be ok. If you’re the other 98%, then you are on your own.
