Abbott continues to grow in the medical device sector with lots of fascinating new technologies.

Cons

- Extreme micro management leading to poor work culture - HR in HK challenge line managers for promoting their staff, did nothing to improve work culture and only want front line field-based staff to work in office. Having HR like this is quite ridiculous and shameful in a big MNC
