Benefits are great and compensation is fair. Work can be interesting. Diversity.

Cons

Quantity over Quality Management doesn't like feedback. Work Life Balance is terrible. Working more than 40 hours is expected, but not compensated for in salary positions. Hybrid work sometimes receives request to work from home even when calling in sick.
